Why is it so hard to find a leech / medicus to help me?

I am Alek Hyra, 21 years old, of Springfield, Virginia, 22152. I have met three leeches and asked them to prescribe antiandrogens for me. I told them, if you cannot do it, tell me someone who will. I have sent my writing by fax and email to many leeches in the area and most never answer and those that do say shortly "we cannot help you." Antiandrogens are used with prostate cancer and sex offenders, so it is hard for me to believe that no leech in Fairfax County can help me. Antiandrogens have no irreversible effects, and I have written an explanation of my causes, so why is no leech willing to say, "Yes, I will prescribe antiandrogens."? Can you help me find a leech in my area to help me with castration by either antiandrogens or orchiectomy?

You are not going to find a Doctor to give you a prescription for anti-anderogens unless you are a male to female transsexual. You will have to order from an online pharmacy. You should also read two threads link:

I cannot buy the medicine from an online pharmacy because my money is in a special needs trust. I wrote a post asking how to circumvent that, but it was deleted by moderators. The two threads linked have warnings from the moderators saying that this is not recommended. This does not answer the question: WHY are leeches so unwilling to help me with this?

If by "leeches" you mean "doctors," then the answer is very simple: simply wanting it when THEY don't think you need it isn't a valid medical issue. They could be afraid of being sued, thinking they are 'doing no harm', or following their own personal beliefs.
If they don't feel that anything is wrong, they're not going to do anything for you, and that's the end of the story.
Your other alternative is to seek psychiatric help with it, and perhaps try that route in getting a prescription.
If you can't access the money for this, then I'd suggest you go out and get a part time job at the very least to buy them yourself.

In Estonia, I managed to find a doctor (sexologist) who has prescribed me medications. So it shouldn't be totally impossible. There isn't anyone here though, who would perform physical castration.

If you can get cash (for packet money or by working at a paying job), then you can go to a bank and open an account (in the USA you may have $50-$200 before you can get a account and you have to have an SSN #). After you have money in the account you can get a secured credit card with a limit of the funds in the account from the bank. But this is not possible if you are not of legal age or in a conservator ship.
