This thread was started because I'm going to report the last 48 hours before my castration and vasectomy and several days after this event. This is scheduled to the 27 January 2013. I hope that this thread will be valuable for any of man that are thinking about removal of one testicle and vasectomy.

Yesterday (Friday 25 January) I have informed my friend about my plans. Initially I have planed to do this at the beginning of this week, but she was out off my city. I was preparing for this conversation since a few weeks. I was extremely difficult to talk with this young beautiful woman about the things that I'm going to do with my genitals and fertility but finally have done this. At first I told her that my body will change soon. She was surprised, because she did not know what changes I have in mind. Next I told her that one of my testicles will be removed and vas deferens from the other will be cut. I told her that those changes should not affect my sexual function, but I will become sterile. She asked my why I want to do this, and I explained her why I want to do this. I have explained her why I want to tell her about this. She appreciated my honesty and fact that I decided to tell her a whole true before it will happen and did not try conceal this. I expected that she will be shocked, but she survived this quite well. I'm not completely sure if she did not think that I'm crazy but did not tell me that. It is difficult to predict how this event affect our relationship, but I think that it is more likely that will not poison our friendship, and maybe make it stronger. Today I am happy that I have removed the last and most serious obstacle on my way to castration and vasectomy.

Tomorrow I will meet my cutter. He will cut off my left testicle and remove my fertility from the other. It nice to know that my testicle will have only a few hours of life, and my ability to make a woman pregnant will be lost forever. Several days after my castration and vasectomy I will be sterile. Yesterday I have received a result analysis of my semen. I have ordered this analysis to set a baseline for future changes. I’m fertile, but next time I hope to see a result of no sperm in sample.

After reading this thread, I want to tell you to not do this with a cutter, but I know that you will. So please, have an emergency plan in case the cutter is not good. If things go wrong, do not panic. Calmly call for the ambulance and try to reduce the bleeding until the ambulance comes for you.

honestly, I think a desire to remove one testicle is "crazy". It doesn't make sense except as a fetish. It isn't going to affect testosterone levels much (it doesn't cause half the testosterone as the remaining testicle will just double the output. It doesn't make sense for body image or aesthetics because you won't be smooth and now will be lopsided. It doesn't make sense from a surgical risk point of view because you're planning to have the other testicle damaged for the vasectomy. and the cutter is an extremely bad idea.

I'm not criticizing your urge or how important it may feel for you to do this, I've done horrible, regrettable things to my genitals. But I would strongly advise against your plan on many levels.

Take some anti androgen drugs and start to see a psychiatrist is my recommendation. Conversely go to doctor arnkoff and get a full castration done properly.

Sorry I have to second all that Splitdick has said it makes no sence one gone will ghange nothig apart from looking a little different and as far as drive it will stay the same, the vasectomy yes if you dont want kids but again sex drive doesnt really ghange.

Please be carefull but if you do go through with it good luck and let us know how you are and the real reason why you wanted to do it this way. All on here understand and no one judges and remember the advice is always good and well meant.

Sory for 2 days long break in posting.

I have done this as I planed 27 January.

The cutter was experienced person, he removed many testicles, and knows how to do it. All was performed well. First my scrotum and testicle were anaesthetized, then he performed the vasectomy on my right vas deferens , and lastly he removed my left testicle. I have cut myself a spermatic cord from left testicle. It was performed using a kind of scissors (after it was tied off it and prepared by the cutter). All surgery has taken about 1 hour. Applying the anaesthetic made castration and vasectomy almost painless. After castration the testicle was placed in the jar with formalin solution. Now I take antibiotic (Xorimax 500 one pill each 12 h) and apply an antibiotic ointment to the wound. I replace a dressing 3 times/24h. After castration there was not big bleeding from the wounds but in order to avoid leaking a blood to my pants I applied a hygienic pads. Now the bleeding is marginal. After surgery the pain was not big, I did not have to apply any painkiller. Now the pain is fading. The pain is focused on my inguinal chanels but it is not strong. Today I slept well, almost withought pain. I feel good. It seems that all wounds are healing well. In order to flush remnants of sperm from my reproductive system I masturbate intensively (2 times a day). I'm very happy from changes on my body. The empty part of my scrotum is beautiful. I hope that my friend will like my new look (before my surgery I have informed her what I’m going to do). Soon I will never have to avoid unwanted pregnancy and use a condoms when I make love with her. Now I’m resting in the hotel. I will stay there until Friday.

Thank you for comments, but you don’t know the objectives of my decision:

I thought very long about this, and found that castration one testicle and vasectomy of the another is for me the best choice.

There are several reasons why I have decided to this.

1. I will be infertile (like eunuch)

2. My friend (I'm straight male) can have a fun when caress my testicle so and I.

3. One side of my scrotum is empty (like eunuch's scrotum ), other is with testicle inside (like scrotum of unacstrated man) my objective was not to became smooth.

4. I can enjoy a sex with her and don't have to apply HRT (like uncastrated man)

5. I will avoid embarrassing questions from a doctor who I ask to prescribe me a HRT.

6. I don't need both testicles to maintain my sexual function and give her a pleasure and take pleasure from her caress. One gonad deprived a their reproduction function (it is useless fo

r me) is enough both for me and for her.

My point is that your goals are inconsistent which usually means it is a fetish. I have a similar thing -- I am obsessed with having my genitals destroyed, like the idea of being a eunuch at many levels, but also like being manly, like sex, etc.

The problem with a fetish is that it is hard to satisfy. .for example, after a little time with one ball, I expect you'll start thinking about removing the second one.

If sterility was all you wanted, then you would have just got regular vasectomy. if looking like a eunuch was your goal you would get both balls removed. If feeling like a eunuch was your goal then you would get both balls removed and you wouldn't be worried about sex life.

The problem with a fetish (i know) is that there is no logical way to satisfy it. If you or I had one hundred testicles, we'd probably destroy them one after another.

I'm worried that your one ball condition won't be enough to satisfy your eunuch desires...but that becoming a eunuch is incompatible with your sexual desires.

This is almost impossible. Several month ago I thought about remove them both because they were completely worthless for me. I know that their hormonal function could be replaced by using HRT and my body without them would look much better. My friend changed my mind. She has found a function for those useless parts of my body, This function is pure sexual pleasure! She likes to play with them very much and I love her caress. This changed my plans. I decided to keep a one just for our pleasure. Even if our relationship will fall apart probably I will not decide to remove this last testicle because it might be useful in relationship with other woman (of course she will aware her that I don't want to have any kid).

The sterility is only one among primary objectives of my decision. I love a look empty side of my scrotum. It is so beautiful when is no testicle inside. On the other side I love a touch a of my friend’s lips and tongue on my testicle. I'm exactly on the half way between uncastrated man and eunuch. I like and enjoy a elements taken from both of them. My decision has gave me a new look of my body nad deprived it a function that was worthless for me. . I love it very much and don't want any changes. Of course this is some compromise between contradictions of my desires and needs, but when I look at my present body I know it suits best to me.

I would destroy one vas deferens and ninety nine testicles. One testicle would be keep alive.
