And after that New Years Day extravaganza (that's a good non-commital word, extravaganza) we are grateful it's quiet and peaceful.

Although it would have been quite the day of TV News had Kathy Griffin actually given Anderson Cooper a blowjob on TV at Midnight in Times Square. Couldn't you just see the 24 hour news spasm that would have occurred.
