Just before well, anything, I know this may be stupid, but I still want info. Last night, my boyfriend came with some injectable lidocain (WITHOUT EPHINEFRINE)

and as some seirous CBT playing, he started to inject my foreskin (soon to be removed) my scrotum and my balls. He used some hypodermic needle to inject my balls. At first, some dull pain appeared, but in time there was no sensation. It was the most intense CBT play I ever had. Now I´ve been searching for information about it, but I haven´t been able to find any. My boyfriend is a well trained nurse so I had no trouble (except my balls are really sensitive today). Has anyone any information or experience about this? Thanks to anybody who reads, share or comment this. Thank you.

If your boyfriend is a nurse, I'll not bother to do the cautionary bits and pieces. But, for OTHERS thinking about playing with this, it is an incredible experience one where you can literally feel as though you have been neutered, or penectomized. Be careful, when things are numbed, as it's so much easier to do serious damage to them when you don't have the pain to keep things from going too far (but that can be part of the fun too). The obvious thing here, is NEVER, NEVER inject lidocaine into the blood stream or something that has fast blood flow into and out of it (a cock for example). The biggest danger with lidocaine, and it's a biggie, is that it numbs nerves, and it can in theory numb the nerves around your heart. Obviously a bad thing. Play safe, have fun, and enjoy.

Abstract

PURPOSE:

We describe a simple technique to deliver local anaesthetic for percutaneous testis biopsies.

MATERIALS AND METHODS:

With the testis held firmly, a 25 gage needle is used to inject lidocaine, without epinephrine, into the skin and dartos superficial to the testis, then the needle is advanced through the tunica albuginea and 0.5 mL to 1.0 mL of lidocaine is injected directly into the testis. The testis becomes slightly more turgid with the injection. A percutaneous biopsy is then immediately performed.

RESULTS:

Intra-testicular lidocaine, (without need of a cord block or any sedation) was used on a total of 45 consecutive patients having percutaneous testicular biopsies. Procedure time was short (averages less than 5 minutes) and anaesthesia was profound. There was no change in the number of seminiferous tubules for evaluation compared to biopsies on men using a cord block. Only 1/45 men had a post-procedure testicular hematoma (this resolved in 4 weeks).

CONCLUSIONS:

Intra-testicular lidocaine appears to be a simple, rapid and safe method to provide anaesthesia for a percutaneous testis biopsy.

Yep, you're right about this stuff. You've got to be careful or your CBT play might result in your becoming a eunuch or a nullo. I remember part of YodaNell's story, he numbed his scrotum and testicles with lidocaine, proceeded to put his testicles in a vice, smashed them in the vice until they popped. I must confess that I really don’t understand why so many guys on this forum have so much difficulty getting their organs removed. All you have to do is damage it, and they (Docs) will remove it for you. They have all the tool and meds to do the job. Just make sure you damage it properly, and… be ready to go to the ER as this is a given. That was my plan and resolve.

Inject my nuts with Lignocain

So, I went to my GP and asked her for some lignocain. She was willing to sell me 5 bottles of the stuff as she was very understanding about the ‘pain’ I had in my nuts. At home, I injected my nuts and chords with the lignocaine 2% and after a while they were blissfully incapable of any sensation. Now I don’t know what you call that tool in English, but one finds it on a carpenter’s work bench. It’s a vice-like contraption with a long lever in the front. You clamp a piece of wood with it when you want to sand, file or chisel it. Anyway, I had one of those things in my garage, took it and squeezed the hell out of those two nuts. I could actually feel them pop. I kept the vice on for 30 mins. (I actually have some photos of this on BME . Hope it’s still there after 3 years.) Boy!!! When the lignocaine whore of I almost jumped through the roof!! With shaking , sweaty hands, I filled the syringe with more numbing juice and injected my nuts again. The pain subsided. What to do. The lignocaine will eventually where off again… Now, this must be from God, because after the Lignocain wore off, I never felt pain again in those nuts. Maybe I damaged the nerves. Two days later my scrotum was really swollen and I was afraid that there might be clotted blood or something, so I went to the ER (State hospital, not private). The Uro came to look at me eventually. I told him I was viciously kicked in my nuts by security guards who was wearing combat boots. (I’m not sure whether he bought that story). I told him that I was in so much pain that I want these things removed right now, faking my screams. He firstly wanted to do scans before he decided but after the scans he agreed to remove the testes. I was jumping with joy! I had a spinal block so I was awake during the operation. He removed my nuts and after perusing them he asked me….”Boy, you really scrambled your eggs, hey!) Victory!
