Hormone injections used as a torture?

Suppose a male was castrated.
Then his sex drive could be controlled by injecting larger or smaller amounts of hormones.
Then he could be tortured by being given large amounts of hormones to make him very aroused

Here's a story idea. A high level Al Queda terrorist is captured in Afghanistan. The bearded macho Moslem is castrated and put on a regimen of estrogen feminizing him. After months in captivity, with a smooth face, long curly hair and a pair of boobs, he is released into the tribal lands.
