For all forum users who post links to external materials:
It is up to you to maintain your computer, in regards to anti-virus, firewalls, anti-malware software, etc. Your protection of your machine is YOUR responsibility, NOT OURS.
Now, to forum users who post such links - no more links to "heavy 'dash' r dot com" will be tolerated.
No more links to heaven 666 or . x - - hamster dot com.
In fact, if you type these in, or paste them, they will no longer display.
Xtube is safe - they want to make $$$, so they do not have adware/malware/viruses implanted in their site like these others do.
ANYONE POSTING A LINK ON THESE BOARDS TO THE SITES MENTIONED ABOVE, HEAVY R, , OR WILL BE BOOTED.
Period.
When in doubt about a site, DON'T post the bloody link here!
If I click it and an alert goes off, you're GONE.
The Admin's here are not going to police the links because some dumbass can't keep security up on his own machine to know that he's visiting a malicious website, and wants to share the infection with everyone else.
AVG is free. So is Avira.
There are plenty of firewall programs out there.
Malwarebytes is the BEST software I have found for nasty little infections and blocking known malicious sites. They have a free version, but the $15 paid version in real-time protection is AWESOME!
So word of advice: get thee unto download.cnet and start shopping around for shareware stuff and such to protect yourself.
