Basically, this guy was long time castration fetish, finally actually did burdizzo to himself, and documented the act, the swelling, then his balls dying then final empty sac with only remnants left.

From what I've been able to tell the photos are real, legit, and not stolen.

He's also been on BME in the past, but my ability to figure out BME stuff is going to wane now that I no longer have a membership there. I just isn't what it used to be. *shrugs*
