It has to be safe I injected which I know was still wrong and scarred me but as for the removal nice and safe in hospital the only way.

Don't do it bro, I thought of doing it myself and realized it is not going to work because just think about slicing a piece of your skin with a razor or poking yourself with a long needle. Your mind might trick you into thinking wow this is really possible but its not. Leave the surgery to the professionals, take out a loan for 3k.

Can someone give me an insight of the realities of doing an at home penectomy. I am not writing this to instigate someone to do what I am about to say. In fact I have had this desire but I do not think my method of achieving this is a reality and possibly can cause me great complications and possibly death.

So my question is if I were to grab behind my shaft and testicles, grab a ginzo knife or some big knife and just wack my penis off from the root.....would this work in the sense that the body will heal itself and I will be able to urinate normally.

You keep asking the same questions over and over. There are no "do it yourself" instructions for emasculating yourself, and if there were it would be unethical to post them. Instead you keep getting the same advice to forget about it, including one post from yourself (see above). And then you rephrase the question and ask it again. The only such instructions here are on self administering alcohol into testicles, about which you have posted extensively. No matter how many times you ask, you are not going to get DIY castration or penectomy advice here. If you want it done, other than the transsexual route, the only safe path is to find a way to see a Thai (or other 3rd world country) surgeon overseas.

what really scares me about the knife,any surgery for that matter, are the increasing strains of antibiotic resistant bacteria out there.Some strains(new delhi beta lactomase, VERSA and MRSA etc...) even overpower the carbapenums(the strongest thing we got atm)
