Archive Index Navigation

One suggestion for the Archive indexes:

Can we add some navigation buttons? A link to "Main Index Page" at the top you can click and redirecting to (http://www.eunuchworld.org/s_index.php) would be really helpful. I have to navigate with the back button to go to the indexes, but if I come from a bookmarked index or page, there is no way to do that unless I strip the text in the location bar.

The stories have links at the bottom too- but can we have a duplicate link at the top?
