My boyfriend wants me to make vaginoplasty surgery. But he want me to stay still a guy with male body (without breast etc.) Sombody help please! Is it possible? or just a fantasy?

Well, before considering any type of genital surgery you should read a lot more than you already did.

ofcourse you can get the vagina surgical. without taking any hormons. You will have a whole and no balls. so only nothing of sexdrive as an eunuch. and you will get a little bit more fatty, because the testo is decreased.

It depends what you want. If you want to stay male, then hormone therapy (HRT) is necessary. You won't have a penis or testicles but without testicles your body loses 95% of it's testosterone making ability. The adrenal gland makes a small amount. Without your penis you won't need hormones for an erection but instead you'll need it to remain male in the sense that testosterone is necessary for strength, bear growth, strong sexual desire, bone density, etc. If you take estrogen instead, you'll be transformed into a woman in most ways. You'll develop breasts, your hips will spread, you will get rounder, lose facial hair, but your voice will generally stay the same. Some transgendered women have said that they lose a lot of sexual desire, some do, some don't, apparently. P.S. Most of the meat of the penis is removed, a portion of the glans is kept and fashioned into a clitoris, but the corpus caverosums are removed. I'd really prefer to stay male but have vagina. So if i understood it right that means 1 necessary hormone therapy and 2 lack of sexual functions of artificial vagina. it won't give me so much sexual pleasure as penis, am i right?

I am old enough to remember when, if you were trans and didn't fit the heterosexual beauty queen/ June Cleaver model, it was necessary to game the gatekeepers, and claim fake desires and goals, to the doctors and psychologist who had to provide the letters of recommendation we needed. In short you didn't grow up trans without becoming an experienced if not proficient liar.Though this has improved some, since your goals are "unusual" you might have to resort to lying to achieve your goal.

If you are willing to play a role for a period of about 18 months, (I have known people to do it in less than a year) you should be able to get a vaginoplasty, after which you can change your mind and go back to living as a male. If you are willing to live as a high fem gay for a while, you should be able to convince the doctors and therapists that you are transsexual and are pursuing SRS. When they prescribe hormones and blockers, take the blockers and the smallest possible dose of estrogen. You should have minimal feminization beyond possible breast buds. Get your authorization for surgery, then get the best SRS from the best surgeon. In the US the current top two are probably Marcie Bowers in San Francisco, and Toby Meltzer in Scottsdale Arizona. I have no idea about Russian surgeons. Top Thai surgeons are Suporn, Kunaporn, Preecha, and a few others. In the top tier of SRS surgeons, about 75-85% of patients are orgasmic post-op. After SRS, drop the estrogen and go onto testosterone. Anne Lawrence (http://www.annelawrence.com/) reported once about a transsexual who had her testes implanted in her abdomen, about where women's ovaries are located in order to increase post SRS libido. Personally, If I could have it done, I would have my penis removed (totally...root and all) and have the Dr. make me as smooth as possible. That would fulfill a desire I have had all my life. I can remember as a 3-4 year old wishing I had nothing down there.
