Segregate off-topic discussions?

Recently, I've been seeing a lot of off-topic postings in the "General Castration Discussion" category. For example, the topic "America as the villian and the cause of the worlds woes..." has little to do with castration. There are also topics that were originally castration-related, but ended up being majorly off-topic. For example, the topic "Penectomy = no need to wash hands after peeing?" degenerated into luvpain arguing with Allison.
I'm thinking that perhaps a new "Off-Topic Discussion" board should be created, where people can discuss non-castration related topics. Personally, I generally come here to discuss castration, but am less interested in e.g. political debates.

happousai,
I normally try to stay out of political debates as my views tend to get picked on and besides people usually wind up :realpisse pissed off :realpisse because of comments made.
As for arguing I do my best to avoid it, but there are certain issues I will NOT ignore, and the rash of trolls we have seen this year has been stirring the pot so to speak.
I'm sorry everyone had to see me rip Allison's Head off, but that seemed to be the only way to deal with him. I only know of 2 ways to deal with trolls the first way is to ban person (which doesn't always work as they keep coming back under multiple IDs, etc.). The second way is to call their bluff and make everyone aware of them.
Since I couldn't do the first option I did the second one.

Sorry Luvpain,
I did not intend to offend you or anybody else. It is hard to please everybody all the time. I am interested in your views and opinions, and will try to stick to the thread topics.

Well, there's a very simple cure for the problem of off-topic posts, flames, wars, etc., as it seems as if it's beginning to annoy the population in general here.
I've avoided doing it in the past, but it looks like I'm going to have to start moderating more in the mornings and deleting posts.
Not like I NEED sleep anyway...
I've received quite a few complaints about this, and I wondered when someone would post it to the board. Actually, I've been dreading this moment.
I'm not about to take the time to sort out what's already posted, but in the future, if it's off-topic, it's being tossed.
The only other possible solution, from what I've seen on other boards, is a sub-board for jokes, rants, etc. We'll have to look into that, maybe ... it's not a unilateral decision.
Anyone who wants to bitch, whine, object, or argue with me will be ignored.

As Stanley Ipkis (Jim Carey) so eloquently said in the motion picture THE MASK,
HOLD ON TO YOUR LUGNUTS, IT'S TIME FOR AN OVERHAUL!
<<<Vizualise, if you will, that cute little boy holding two very long exhaust pipes in his hands as he spins around, much like a tornado.<<<
Off-topic and/or wandering threads are going to be dealt with a lot more aggressively than they ever have been in the past, just as soon as my cohorts and I confer about it.
