• Video of Complete Surguical Emasculation

I have seen many internet videos of penectomies before, and many videos of sex-change surgeries before, but never this: this is a video of a total surgical emasculation, removing both the penis and the testes, and leaving only a pee hole behind. Plus it is not a "teaching" reel where the clips are edited to only show the highlights along with a voice-over describing what is happening, or background music. It is the complete surgery presented in crisp detail including every single real sound of the operating room, and every single stroke of the knife.

It's an absolutely amazing video, and I'm surprised that nobody has posted it here yet.

This video should be shown to anyone considering doing this at home, and on their own.

Even with multiple surgeons on hand, and all the latest tools (like an electro-cauterizing scalpel) at just before the 14 minute mark, an error is made, and too much blood begins to flow. Notice the video briefly cuts out just then as the doctors rush to staunch the bleeding. When they do the other side, they proceed much more cautiously. These are professionals. there are multiple experienced doctors in that room, they are monitoring the patient's every vital stat, and yet there was still a moment where it could have all went wrong.

This video is exactly the reason people should not be trying this sort of thing at home, or with a chatroom cutter. It is very, very risky, and it is very, very complicated.

I agree, even with castration only I find it important to remind people of how many complications occur, and how long the recovery is, for people who have a urologist remove them. Many people end up with secondary surgeries, infections, nodules, and generally several weeks of painful healing when done professionally.

I think one thing is those of us who want castration or nullification tend to trivialize the genitals themselves. But even if you're not well endowed, most guys' genitals are about the same amount of flesh as a hand, and the extreme vascularity and the erectile pressure really create a terrible potential for serious bleeding. It is as serious as any external surgery can be.

Some years ago I've been assisting a veterinerian while castrating horses.

After seeing those pictures I'd like him to do the job !

What the hell are they doing?

Two clear incissions will be enough to open the scrotum for cutting the balls off .

I'm quite not shure this emasculation is done at highest medicinal level.

Sorry to say this, but seeing how the cuts are done it looks like a butcher's work.

I wouldn't like him working around my jewells.

Yeah, but they're taking far more than just the balls. Cock, balls, scrotum, it's all going. That takes a lot more than just two small incisions.
