My hubby used to ask the same questions (except for the last one). He knows it goes back at least to grade school, before puberty, but he hasn't identified any single event that started it. I think he ended up deciding not to worry about the whys and just enjoy having me do it to him. Likewise, I can think of reasons why I enjoy doing it to him, but ultimately it makes no difference: I enjoy doing it and he enjoys receiving it, so if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Listen, I am not judgmental in any way and I am not saying it's good or bad because I don't think like that. But what I am saying is that those who engage in this must feel something different than me, because the pain caused by just barely touching my balls is more than I can stand. I remember what Eddy Murphy said "I don't want you to even graze my balls". The ball torture I have heard described here in the EA is well beyond what a person with the sensitivity I have, could tolerate. It's like asking if I would like my fingers cut off at the knuckle with wire cutters and yeah, could you go slow and only cut one knuckle at a time, so I can savor it.

The kind of pain those tortures would cause me is not something a person could voluntarily tolerate. So when I hear people talk about this, I know what they are feeling is much different than me.

But you need to remember, that people here in EA. are here for many different reasons.

Some just because they whant to know learn more.

Some out of medical reasons.

Some because then whant to find ways out of there situations(one way or the other)

Which is all to say, I know a little about pain. Now having said all that, I don't believe I have a low pain threshold and i also don't believe my testicles are more sensitive than average. Something like a finger flick on one of my testicles would not only cause and overwhelming instant pain directly to the affected area, but also a deep and severe pain all the way up the inguinal canal that lasts longer than the initial flicked area. It can even cause nausea. And as far as squeezing pressure, my testicles can take very little pressure before the pain is way above what I could tolerate without being restrained from freeing myself. Panic level pain.

So again, I am not really exploring the reasons people do it, I really don't care. I find it much more interesting that they can do it at all. Really, cutting off fingers slowly would be comparable pain for me. I find it hard to believe that people who experience this torture are feeling the same level of pain as me, but somehow tolerate it. I am convinced that those people's brain processes pain differently than mine.
