Looking for a story

Hi all, I'm looking for a story I read not so long ago, that got me all hot under the collar and I'd like to read again.

The story was about a guy who got a new job at a school in the 'relief room' where he had to fellate the students and got a massive wage in tips. He is told not to fool around with one of the students, but one incredibly attractive young boy proves irresistible, he gets caught and because he is so good at his job he is told that if he is to stay he is to be castrated.

I've been through the alphabetic story list, clearly missed it. And I was wondering if anyone could help me find it.
