I want to permanently tuck my testicles back up out of sight. My questions are: Is it possible to tuck them up so that they stay there?

Are there any risks involved in doing so?

Thanks.:)

It is possible, but not advisable. As a guy who had undescended testicles, and then had them retreeat back into the inguinal canals, and stay there, I kniw first hand that doctors find that to be risky. They can not be properly examined, for potential cancers or tumors. TRhere is ulrtasound and other imaging that can be done, but for the most part no doctor is going to freely agree to "tuck" your testicles for you.

I have spoken over the years with several people that achieved this resullt with piercings , and one guy who actually stitched them up there on his own.

I would question why this would be your choice? Your profile is unclear about your real motivations, as it is too general. Is it strictly an appearace thing? Are you trying to be more androgenous ? Do you really seek castration, but not want to deal with HRT or the loss of libido ?

One b/f of mine used a cock ring placed after the testicles were tucked, and that held them there. It was easy to drop them for examination, or for a break. He did that to make us more evenly matched, and liked the look, but was not prepared to lose his.

As for risks, first off would be the potential for missed cancer, second, the testicles are not designed to function at body temperature, so their function will be impaired. Third, depending on body type, it could restrict blood flow, causing a slow atrophy of the testicles that would likely lead to the need for their removal. Asl oprolonged stretching of the inguinal area could lead to some weakening , causing a hernia.

I am not a doctor, but have had a great deal of time spent on researching my own situation prior to castration. Most of the things I have cited, were from doctors that I saw.

i'm to lazy to research this & get quotes or redirects, so best u get to googling if u want this verified. i've heard that there are 2 types of cells in testes; those that produce sperm cells & those that produce hormones(at least 2 types of hormones; testosterone & testicular estrogen. there may be more). the sperm producing cells don't do well at body temperature; the sperm are defective & can't swim(or swim in circles). fertility would be severely reduced, but perhaps not entirely eliminated. the hormone producing cells are unaffected by body temperature. your libido & ablity to erect would not be diminished. plus everything raymar said.

With heat, you're only reducing sperm production, not testosterone production.

I know this is a bit of an old thread.

I am about where Raymar 2020,s boyfriend is right now.

I have found that you can get a silocone rubber cock ring (For me the 46mm ID x 18mm deep fits nice)from Bondra.

I can keep them tucked for as long as I like (This time for a week but will probably see in the new year like this)

As the cock ring is very comfortable due to its flexibility.

I just love the feeling (and look) of an empty scrotum I guess thats why I subscribed to the EA..

Yes low sperm count and also greater risk of testicular cancer.

may i ask how you "tuck" your testicles?

i may be doing a similar method using a rubber ring and folding the penis back inside.

You could try this going to youtube / how to create a gaff . By Ian McKinney.

I am told the methord he describes is more effective than buying a ready made Gaff.

Also google tucking testicles and you should get the idea from various sources.

Basicly youfr aim is to push your nuts back upwards so they sit in the area just behind the penis and the Gaff will help to hold them there.

Would like to to find a way that my doctor would say total removal of the penis and testicles was medically necessary and to have it covered by my insurance. I would definately agree to it along with a proper urethra relocation. I no longer have any use for those things and they are just an inconvenience for me.
