My sent personal messages haven't listed for the past three weeks and I haven't received any either in my inbox during the same time period. Can anyone advise what might be the problem?

I assume you are referring to PM's. Do you have 200 messages in your in and out box? If so, clean them out, or you won't get any new ones. 200 is the max.
