I would like to lose my one remaining testicle and enjoy having an empty sack for a while and then eventually have my scrotum removed. At some point, I might also want the head of my penis stumped.

My penis, as I'm sure that I can still find ways of achieving orgasm without it. (would like the smoother crotch without any bulge when I get turned on by an attractive female) But I don't want to lose my balls and loose my sexual desire nor do I want to have to go the "T" replacement route.

I would definately not want balls without the penis as that would be an inconvenience, a source of frustration and rather unsightly appearance for me.

I might be able to partially tollerate a penis without balls but it would not be any more than a limp and useless piece of flesh to be used for peeing. Why not just have a pee hole low enough so that you could conveniently sit to pee in comfort?

Given the choice I would elect total removal with urethra relocation. The only unique function of the penis is sexual penetration of another. It is not necessary for urination. So if not for sex, why have it?

I'm still fully intact but if my prostate cancer came back and castration was an option I'd choose it rather than go back on Lupron. I would also insist on scrotum removal by a real pro even if I had to pay for it myself.
