Hello
Hello to everyone here, My name is Gary, I am from Ohio, 61 years old. I am here because I have been thinking of being castrated from a young age, say around 15 or 16 I think. I am gay and have been with only 1 woman for sexual intercouse and that was when I was about 20. I am in the process of starting alcohol injections to become a eunich. I am looking forward to acheiving my long dream of losing my "manhood" which I never really felt. I am looking for all the information that I can get, I have been on this site and reading it for seveal years but never posted as I am shy, but now that I am going thru with this I want all the friends that I can get. Hope to hear from as many as possible. Thanks Gary

Re: Hello
Be absolutely sure castration is what you truly want before you've totally killed off your bits. You may not like the results.
Living a life with no testosterone will be very very different from a life with. You may not be able to predict how different it my be. You will have more changes than just no more erections. It can affect your psyche too. It is certainly a case of Your Mileage Will Vary!
Whatever you choose, welcome to the zoo.
You'll find this a place with a wealth of knowledge, and some pretty nice people to boot. Stick around. Share your story. We'll help any way we can.

Re: Hello
As an intact guy I'm no expert by a long shot but many members here have used testosterone reducing drugs as a first step or for reducing and maintaining their testosterone at a level they're comfortable with without castration. You'll find out if you really like life that way. If you find out it's not what you were looking for, simply stop the drugs and return to life as it was before. I was on Lupron for a year and a half as part of prostate cancer treatment so I know what no or very little testosterone is like and it was miserable. I never want to go back there again. Why do something irreverseable when you have no idea what life will be like once you cross that line?
