Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor or any professional.
Read this:

Normally I'd just post the good info. In this case most of that page is useful.

Since I'm on a pretty strict medically supervised diet I log everything I eat or drink on a website called
www.caloriecount.com. One of the nice things about this website is that it will give you a daily, weekly, monthly, or variable analysis of your nutritional intake which includes CALCIUM.
Using that website I am able to make sure I consume enough calcium to protect my bones. Awesome website! They also have a free app for your smart phone which will sync with the online version making things just that much easier. For me that was a no-brainer!
I also just last week got my yearly IV infusion of Reclast. If you're fortunate enough to have insurance coverage that will cover Reclast get your doctor to prescribe it for you! Good Stuff!
Hope that helps!

Is Reclast one of those drugs that makes you grow a second head?

That would be "Re-cast!"
No wait, that's when I'm fishing.
