Esthetics and to make life easier
Hi, While I'm not sure I want complete SRS, I'm considering nullification. I have Jazzercise three times a week, plus ballet once and figure skating class in the winter and not having anything down there would make keeping a femme line under leotards, etc. a lot easier. Also, having the testes gone would help the hormones do their job in reproportioning my body. I pretty much no longer function, so I figure what's the use.

Are you looking into castration only, or something like castration followed by a penectomy?

I'm not sure but castration followed by penectomy probably would be best. Things are looking up, I'm to the point where I'm pretty much living female full time and have entered a model search (plus size)

A bit off the topic, but I'm curious - Does anyone have any idea how many nullified men there are out there? People who were born as men, still live as men, but no longer have their penis or their testicles and haven't gotten prosthesis.

The following link might be of interest to you:
http://www.grsinfo.com/2.html
That is the website of the Samui (Sex Change) Clinic in Thailand. They perform nullification without SRS, and you may be able to bypass the Harry Benjamin Standard of Care (which are considered by some to be overprotective). Their website states "At the Samui Clinic the ideology is simple. If you are over eighteen, mature, not psychiatrically unbalanced or mentally ill and the clinic's team feel that they are acting in your best interest then you may have the surgery." on this Page (http://www.sexchangeasia.com/pages/intro.html).

Thanks for posting that link!
And I'd also love to know how many nullified guys are out there. My dream is to be nullified and I'd like to talk with somebody who is, who could give me an idea of what life is like when you are nullified.

This page is the most informative I've found about nullification:
http://www.bmeworld.com/smooth/00_02.htm
It's the personal pages of a guy who is nullified. It hasn't been updated in a while, but he still answers e-mail I believe. (At least, he answered me when I wrote to him earlier this year.)
