I think that's suppose to read like:

A eunuch is often addressed using the polite form which is used for addressing an elderly Chinese person since their maleness and femaleness is lost after the castration and is not in their nature (as in the elderly). They are also destined for emporers, monarchs, and their group of officials in the family.

And then it goes into some of the specifics of status and forms addressing them. (-Sounds like the Chinese use the plural form of address for politeness too. I don't know.) And then it goes into palace status, both ancient and the modern Papacy and England.

I don't quite understand what the next to the last paragraph is trying to say about "net" unless it's talking about a social net. And "six"?. (Even numbers are considerd feminine and "6" =wholesomeness in reading dice.)

And the last paragraph is self explanatary.

On the next to last paragraph somehow it's switching the topic from one thing to another. "6" = perseverence. (I was wrong.) "Whole" = "4". And the "net" might be "2" all of which are feminine numbers. Abd then it seems to say that we're not born to be independent since our voices aren't real deep, facial expressions, and the way we move about are feminine and not neutral at all.

Sorry everyone. I do not know Chinese and wish someone who does interpret this since this would be a worthwhile commentary.

It is not worthwhile. Most of us here are more knowledgeable in this topic by random commentators.

Then give an authoratative translation please so that we can be the judge as to whether it had wisdom or not.

Okay. The six merely refers to a proverb in Chinese which means six limbs not complete.
