I'm into pretty extreme CBT and ballbusting, so I know it is pretty possible to do, and in the case where you can't really see the genitals it's also possible to do some "sleight of hand" to lessen the actual impact. Anyway, interesting to see people's reactions to it. Pretty much sort of a Jackass style thing.
