A question for guys in the UK purchasing Androcur (not generic)
We have been purchasing Siterone for the past 18 months with no problem,
however the last batch proved to be counterfeit, looking to obtain
new supplies, but Androcur (not generic) and wondered if AKS could recommend a reliable supplier please ?

Re: Obtaining Androcur in the UK
Where did the counterfeit ones come from? I've purchased from inhouse pharmacy and united pharmacies, both appear to be legit and have been working well for 5 months now.
When I bought some in the first place, I bought from both to compare the packaging and they were the same.
I dunno where to get Androcur since it's so expensive though.

Re: Obtaining Androcur in the UK
United pharmacies (UK) 4th April, within days partner had severe allergic reaction, switched back to a last pack of androcur, allergic reaction cleared up,tried two more times with new batch same allergic reaction appeared within days, clearing up within six/seven days of resuming androcur, sent a pack to Rex Pharmaceuticals in NZ to ask their advise, apart from an acknowledgment of letter no feed back as such as yet, in defence of UP (UK) this is the first problem we have had with siterone or their company, BUT, as an aside, within days of placing our order I was notified by our bank that the debit card we used to pay for this batch had been compromised, and I had only used that particular card with UP (UK) and no other transaction with any other company. will try in house pharmacy, thanks for the head up.
PS, packaging and inserts look legitimate enough, but awaiting a reply from Rex NZ as to contents of tablets.

Re: Obtaining Androcur in the UK
That's very strange - the Siterone I've had from united pharmacies has been the exact same as what I got from inhouse. Thanks for the description of what happened, that's definitely something to look out for if I have to stock up on anti androgens again.

Re: Obtaining Androcur in the UK
Thank you jcat and voodollar, we have ordered a batch from IHP, keeping an open mind just in case partner has developed an allergic reaction to Siterone.
Have you used allmedshop.net at all? They have Androcur 150 x 50mg @ $160.00 (£103.00) reluctant to use them without a referral from EA members.

Hi, jcat and voodollar.
Just a quick update, ordered from InHousePharmacy,
product arrived within 10 days and thus far partner showing no signs whatsoever of allergic reaction to IHP batch.
Thank you kindly for your valued advice, we shall be using IHP from now on.
