OK I see an 'empty' penis skin, without corpora cavernosa. Not clear whether the corpora spongiosum and urethra are modified in any way. But I have a question: why? presumably there's a good medical reason for excising the erectile bodies from a penis. - Finder

As for the penile skin tube, I've always wondered if you could just close the end and then from underneath shove a dildo up into the empty skin tube. It the skin was sensitive, wouldn't you have a sensitive dildo? I don't know if you'd be able to orgasm, but you'd still feel, you'd feel the dildo, and your partner would feel the dildo. Plus, you'd have a good sized penis that would look and feel like the real thing, at least to some degree, so this might be a penectomy variant. However, most men who have their penises cut off, don't want them.
