Does a person have to take siterone in cycles?....like 10 days for each month or is it safe to take siterone every single day.

I plan to only take 25mg, wanted to know if I can take it every day of the year or should I take it for 3 weeks stop a few weeks then retart

Siterone should be taken every day, preferably divided into 2 doses.

You keep asking the same questions on different posts. Do some research and learn alittle

Yep, take it every day, but in separate doses. Will need to start on at least 100mg to see significant effects. If body can handle it try 150mg or 200mg. Then after a few weeks it should be the right time to return to 50-100mg dosage, and you will have minimal libido, perhaps almost no masturbation. I am still experimenting though and haven't been able to last more than a fortnight yet on high dosage.
