Eunuchs and getting drunk.

Alrighty, I have an odd question.
How does the loss of testosterone affect the ability to get drunk?
Here is the reason I'm asking. I've never been drunk. When I was a teen, I gave drinking a try (who doesn't?) It did absolutely nothing for me, except make me sick. Even drinking a glass of wine with a meal will pretty much ensure I don't sleep well. I'll get a headache from even the smallest amount. I've never felt that relaxing sensation people talk about from drinking. The older I get, the less interest I have in even trying to get plastered.
Once, a while back, I tried a bit of pot. My first experiment with it, I was 36. It didn't make me high. Instead it made me violently ill, and threw my equilibrium completely off. Not a pleasant experience, and I won't try it again.
The only time I ever felt like I was drunk or impaired was when I was stripping a bathtub, so it could be re-glazed. The acidic stripping agent was very powerful, and even though I was wearing a breathing mask, the fumes penetrated the filters and I got spun out. Once again, the main effect was I lost equilibrium, and got sick. But I did find things funnier than I normally do, and had trouble putting sentences together. After I threw-up and had a nap, I was back to my normal self.
I've always had low testosterone, and I'm wondering if being low on hormones could have any affect on the way my body handles alcohol and other mind/mood altering drugs.
Or... it could just be, I'm weird that way.
P.S.
I'm not immune from addictions. I love my coffee, and I enjoy my cigarettes. I actually come from a family that has a high incidence of addictions. We're prone to get addictions easily. I'm certainly no exception to that rule. (Just immune from addictions to alcohol and drug use.)
