After 14 years since castration and I have never use any HRT I still fantasize and masturbate. Not often but I can still enjoy myself. Even though I fantasize I do not have the drive or interest in making them come true. I guess sex is all in my head.

My experience was not the same as Tugon's. When I was off of HRT, once for about 9 months and another time for about 6 months, I totally lost the ability to get hard, or cum. My penis shrunk to this very small, and it felt "dense" when I squeezed it, you know like they feel when out of a cold or ocean from a swim.

I lost all desire to masturbate, and in fact remember at a point in the gym seeing this very hot guy, and not having any desire to have sex with him, I was just content to admire his beauty. I'd even forgotten why I ever thought it was so important to cum. So for me, it was a complete mental, and physical sexual shut down.

I, on the other hand, still feel the need to get off once or twice per week. Compared with before, this is a LOT less. Used to be up to 8x a day with a median of 2.

Even with a low dose of HRT my sexual desire is low, very low. I rarely even think about sex. I was fully castrated in 2006 and only wish I had asked Dr. Kimmel to remove my scrotum. Sure wish he was still in business.

One thing to clarify is that while I do orgasm I do not cum. I have little to no ejaculate.

I cannot get erect or cum and five and a half years down the road sex never crosses my mind. I can remember( I think) how it felt but have no desire to go there ,which is just as well as I am permanently impotent and a shed load of T could not disturb my sleeping,flaccid, little penis.
