Hi my name is Steven, I am 40 years old and have wanted my nuts removed for a long time, I have never known really what to do about it, someone directed me to this forum?

I been seeing stuff about alcohol injections, is this really safe to kill of the testes, and how do I go about getting started?

Okay. First thing. Slow down.

You should know that once you have your testicles removed there are BIG side effects. Loss of your sexual libido is just one. Even if you lose your testicles, then go on replacement hormones, there is no guarantee you'll get back what you had before.

You can have bone loss issues, suffer from depression, you'll lose muscle mass, and your energy will be a lot lower.

The biggest thing you should be exploring is why you want them removed. Is it a sexual thing? What do you want from having them gone?

As to alcohol injections being safe... No they are not. They are however safer than a lot of other methods. They are also less guaranteed to work.

Yes I have read about all the side effects believe me, wider hips and breasts, the calming effect, I know my penis may shrink due to less or no erections, which to me is just another added benefit, and I know they will want me to take hormone replacements, which i will not wanna do !

Stefan 29, go slow. Give chemical castration a trial run fo a year or more before getting cut. Once there gone you will be eunuch for ever,like it or not, so be sure.

i love being a totaly impotent eunuch but that does no mean it is right for you.

I would try chemical first, but I don't even know how to do that like I said, I am totally in the dark and I live in a very small judgemental town, I work in one of 3 doctors offices around here and can't ask anyone at my office anything about this,

Thats another reason I have been lost for awhile but I already know permanent is what I want, it's just a mount of time !

Like the others here, I will caution you to not be in a huge hurry. Castration, once done is not something you can reverse. HRT , if you choose it has its challenges, and not using it, brings on a whole new set of issues you must deal with.

As for a lack of information, this site can provide you almost any answer you seek. If a chemical trial is what you are looking for, there are online pharmacies that have the necessary drugs. You need not go blindly into it, others here can advise you.

For a surgical solution we now have Dr. Arnoff, who for a fair price will do the deed.

A DIY job is not a good idea, who wants to end up in the ER and trying to explain it away...... If I'm going to be all or none that I can be, I going to use a real doctor for my eunuch operation, I'm lending towards Dr. Anrkoff, who has gotten great reviews.

I am not rushing into anything as I have said 3 times now, I am just on here seeking advice and info, I wouldn't know how to rush into this even if I wanted too, so rushing is not even an issue at this point !
