Milk Production w/out Motillium?

Hello all, thank for all of the support. You guys are always great when I have a question.
So now I was wondering what I can do to get milk production with out motillium. I would rather use it as a last resort if I have to. I have heard of fenugreek but I talked with my Dr. about it and she said that fenugreek only produces milk because it acts liek an estrogen. And where I am already taking estrogen it would be useless.
*Note, when I squeeze the very very tiny breasts that I have I can get a tiny drop of fluid to come out as it is.
Thanks guys! =) -Mad

I've been on Motillium and Motherlove "more milk special blend". Look it up for the details.
I was on a high dose of Progesterone and Estrone for 4-5 months then dropped the P to a low level. With a lot of electric breast pump. It started as few drips then plenty of milk now.
Any direct questions send PM

You said "very very tiny breasts". In order to produce milk the breasts has to be well developed. How long have to been on hormones? It takes 1-3 years to develope breasts. Then you need to be on high doses of Progesterone and Esterone for 4-7 months to give the breast a chance to develope the milk ducts. Then the prolactin levels need to increase, that happens with motillium. Then you have to pump the breasts a lot. This is not a quick process. Remember pregnacy takes 9 months. And she is starting with a developed breast.

Lactation can usually be induced by overdosing on estrogen (and sometimes progesterones) to create very high blood levels thereof, (like a woman in the latter stages of pregnancy) then suddenly stopping or reducing the hormones, suddenly dropping blood levels, (as occurs at childbirth.) This usually induces lactation. It can also induce an artificial Postpartum depression/psychosis, so be very careful. I know one trans woman with a bit of lactation fetish who continues to produce milk even after returning to normal estrogen doses by pumping her breasts regularly. Motillium does make the process easier.
Also remember that there are very real risks in this. Pregnancy is a high risk period. The hormone swings can cause problems with blood clots and other health issues.
