I take finasteride, as prescribed, for my swollen prostate. As I understand it, it removes certain forms of testosterone from the bloodstream, enabling the prostate to shrink...

For the last week or so, I have added to the finasteride, a daily dose of 100 mgs of spiro and 3 mgs of estradiol...I hope to feminize a bit...As far as oral castration...I don't know, I guess that's what I'm doing...As far as I know, there are no OTC products designed for this purpose.

I started Saw Palmetto, just interested to see if it does anything. I know at some point I will have to get on spiro or androcur for true chem castration. Just tried it and got a splitting headache so I wont be using that Palmetto stuff any more.

vitex did nothing as well, both saw palmetto and vitex did not take my desire to masturbate away.......therefore in my book, they are garbage. Also I am not into taking 20 pills of herbs.

Does spiro or Siterone give you a buzz? like an antihistamine/alcohol........i hate that sensation.

With siterone/androcur I advise to take your pills separetely (even only a couple of hours apart is enough), because I got on the edge of migraine headaches when I took double shots. Spirolactone gave me more of a 'high' buzz effect if you like as well as minor bad chest feelings, whilst doing very little to reduce my libido. Whilst I wouldn't personally recommend that, I realise that medications effect one person differently to another, and so it could be good for you?
