Man cut off neighbor’s penis for hugging his wife

VietNamNet Bridge – Phan Huy Nghia, 30, in Nghi Loc district of the central province of Nghe An, was arrested for cutting off the penis and part of testis of his neighbor.

Nghia declared that at 8pm, April 5, his 29-year-old wife left home. Nghia had doubts and followed his wife. The woman met with her neighbor – named Vo Van T – at a deserted place. Seeing his wife and the neighbor embraced each other, Nghia was very angry. He stabbed at the neighbor’s penis.

The victim ran to a nearby house to call his family. The man was then brought to a hospital in Vinh City. As the wound was serious, he was transmitted to the Vietnam-Germany Hospital in Hanoi to join the cut-off penis.

Local police have arrested Nghia for investigation.
