I'm looking for an old story I stumbled across a few years ago.
The (admittedly not very realistic) story was about a butcher who's standing in his shop, waiting for customers when a hot woman walks in (a detailed description of her from the butcher's POV follows) and orders meat, along with sausages, I think (real sausages, she's not referring to his... sausage).
He fakes a smile while he secretly hacks off his member behind the counter and wraps it together with the meat and the sausages.
The next day (or a few days later, I forgot) the woman comes back, commenting on the superb taste of the sausages (again, she's not referring to his member).
Thinking that she discovered his member in the package, he again fakes a smile while he gets rid of his balls and wraps them with the woman's new order.
When the woman comes back later, the butcher asks her how she liked his meat (ambiguous question). She thinks he's referring to the real meat and says that she didn't eat it but instead gave it to her (almost-blind?) grandma who's too old to go shopping on our own.
As I said, I last read the story a few years ago but can't find it, even feeding Google with a bunch of keywords from it didn't turn up anything useful.
