This is probably the most professional piece done. Almost every other news outlet is using this for jokes (The fact that he went to Ball Memorial Hospital is a stretch in humor to say the least).

The guy must have been sitting home naked or in very thin boxers. Wearing pants this does not seem likely. One more case where the female is the nut. If the guy looses his scrotum justice would be having a plastic surgeon make a new one from her breast.

Never sleep with anyone who is CRAZIER than you are.

That is the rule that needs to be followed here. It may be blaming the victim, but so what?

But this rule works both ways.

So, logically, you need to find someone with craziness approximately (±epsilon) equal to yours. That is a difficult task... How one can measure craziness with enough precision?

Scrotum is actually pretty tough at least from my various excursions in stressing things down there. Maybe others are less leathery. I would guess that the lady in question had particularly sharp fingernails or was assisted by a pair of scissors. The guy must have been under the weather a bit to not be quick enough to react before serious damage was done. Either that or he had some kind of urge to lose it in the first place and didn't oppose the action in the first place
