Many today around the world will celebrate the Rites of Spring, my son and I will have some Cadbery Eggs and a big chocolet bunny to celibrate the day.

Others celebrate in other ways, like Easter and Passover.

But I think of all of them this one is the best.

Sounds like fun. Today is a day for planting a few new flowers and cooking a nice meal. I don't like abusing chocolate bunnies, so it will be a nice chocolate cheese cake. :)

Today was a day for home-made breakfast, instead of eating out.

Otherwise, it's a day of rest, and some nice weather, too.

Well there are newer religions that celebrate some guy who died on a cross, however in the Pagan religion we have been celebrating spring thousands of years longer. Its this time of year the we celebrate LIFE, or go make love to someone, have baby's and such, its a lot more fun then those other holidays.

IT's about Fertility rites, not that other stuff.

Since my dog and I are both neutered not a lot of fertility today. We will be out walking soon and enjoying the earthly Spring. We saw three rabbits this morning and not a single one had a basket with chocolates or eggs. I have not gone anywhere today since there are too many non pagans out and about.

Yea, Rupert, Nelly and I are all neutered as well, sigh, but I do remember those rites.
