Question regarding Prolactin.
So I have been taking this drug bentyl for digestive problems and I read that it decreases prolactin levels. I was sondering how important prolactin is for breast development because I am MTF. The last thing I want to fuck up is my chance at getting breasts. Any advice is appreciated! -Mad

I am not transgendered, but I can say, yes, prolactin is important to breast development. If you are serious about the transition you probably should consult a sympathetic endocrinologist.
I had an undetected prolactinoma for 12 years. The tumor raised my prolactin level to roughly five time that of a lactating woman. I lost my libido, gained 100 pounds, got extremely depressed, and grew a very impressive rack. Now that I have been treated, my weight has gone down, and my breast size has reduced to about a B cup, but my wife still says that she can't get excited over a man with tits. If it were possible for me to give you my breasts, I would.
