I found this site and feel like I have found home. I have wanted a penectomy since I was about 13. I saw a book on eunuchs and new I wanted this. I like my penis but not on me. If you can offord a trip to Thailand, there are some surgeons there who can do a penectomy, legaly and safely. Interested in that information?

Under Sherry’s web pages is one about surgeons who perform castrations. Some of the surgeons in Thailand also do penectomies, but you will haveto contact them yourself. But Sherry does list them.

No, some of those Thailand surgeons will do a penectomy only, leaving out the rest of the SRS. But you have to ask around. It won't be handed to you on a platter (pun intended).

Perhaps you might want to e-mail Sherry, who tries to keep up to date on the Thailand surgeons. But the field is always changing.

I try to write my castration sections for anyone considering castration, whether they are TS, transgendered, or seeking to be a masculine eunuch or nullo. Castration will have dramatic effects on your feelings and your sexuality, whether you are MtF or masculine.

Some of the surgeons I list do indeed serve only TS, but others would at least consider a non-transgendered person. I think your best chances would be to either try to contact Dr. Miller, or the Samui Clinic in Bangkok, both of which I list on my website.

You wrote that you wish a penectomy, but to cause eunuch effects you must remove the testicles too. In theory, you could remove only the penis and leave the testicles intact, but I don't recommend that because then you would be aroused without a penis to relieve it.

Are you sure you want the effects of castration that I list on my 'Castration Effects' page? I would like to know why you would like to have a penectomy and what effects you seek from it. I can't tell from reading your post whether you seek the effects of castration or if this might be a fantasy.

While I haven't yet confirmed it, the web site for the Samui Clinic indicates that they will perform penectomies on non-TS guys that have already been castrated for awhile. They want candidates to live as eunuchs for awhile first. Approaching nullification one step at a time isn't necessarily a bad way to go. I think the clinic figures that the risk of unhappy results is just simply minimal with guys that have already been neutered and lived as geldings. They would not consider performing a penectomy on a guy that still had his balls.

Dr. Miller also performs penectomies and will do it for guys whose balls are intact. He requires one reference letter from a counsellor that just more or less confirms that the guy knows what he's getting into and can live with the results. Most doctors - and counsellors - would not recommend amputation of the cock without having the balls removed as well. I know of one guy that had his cock and empty sac removed by a Miller associate in Mexico a couple of years after he'd had his balls removed, and he's very content with the results.

Jeff, I found the web site for the Samui Clinic several weeks ago. The information on the site would tend to indicate that a penectomy would be available to long term eunuchs. I did write to them but as of today I have not received a reply. I wonder if a eunuch showed up at the clinic with the cash if it would be easier.
