General health - Garlic!

Do you like garlic or food containing garlic?

It appears, that garlic reduces possibility to get cancer and heart related diseases.

Per my aunt (once the best cook in the whole world): When following a recipe from a book, add four or five times the amount of garlic or onion they call for. And for salt, use double that amount using either onion or garlic salt. And when they call for garlic or onion salt, add another part garlic or onion powder.

I know an old, retired thin, retired engineer, insulin using diabetic.

I mean he keeps his sugars tight! Yes he has "insulin reaction", but no ketoacidosis.

Well I shared with him an article on garlic and diabetes.

He found one clove of garlic in the morning reduced his insulin requirement by one third!

Unfortunately, that active component of Garlic cannot be patented, so you'll have to eat it - raw 😄

Yes, I found 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and honey gave me a boost. Still I lost interest.

It was the same for him and garlic.
