Very nice legs - but shouldn't the kilt be in a tartan pattern instead of a single solid color?????

That's one of the weirdest things I've seen you can do with a bagpipe.

It's called a "work kilt" or working kilt, much less expensive than a tartan kilt.

But you can still let your junk hang out. :dong:

Maybe I need a kilt now that I have 2/3 less junk.

I played bagpipes in college and yes, I wore a kilt and doublet, plaid, spats and skean dhu and all the paraphernalia. We played as a pipe band and we also marched as the first line in the band for football games. I didn't know where that wind came from on the football field but I knew where it went... It's cold out there.

The pipe major had the familial rights to wear the trappings of the Blackwatch regiment.

I think the reason that you see this guy's kilt as orange (more burnt orange to brick red than LORAX orange) is that it is pleated to the color and not the pattern and shows solid. Our Kilt's were pleated to the plaid and showed the tartan pattern when we stood still.

Also, there's four reeds in that set of pipes. Plus I can see him crushing the goose to make it sound and his finger movements are correct... Now if the sound is added over bad playing, I can't tell but it takes him a time to get the rhythm and the pedaling synched.

WHAT IS THE BEST POSITION FOR A PIPER...

obviously -- outstanding in a field.

If a pipe tells you he's been playing for 20 years then you know for sure that ten of them have been spent tuning up and the other ten have been spent playing out of key.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE BAGPIPE TUNE?

Far Far Away

HOW DO YOU GET TWELVE PIPERS IN TUNE?
