As of this morning, 5,410 stories have been edited and reposted on the Fiction Archive. There ought to be story reviews and comments being posted. Many of the authors are still around and reviews are the only reward that they ever receive for their efforts. Reviews also help to direct others to stories that they may find interesting.
An active review board may help to stimulate others to begin writing new stories for the time that the Archive will begin accepting them again which may be very soon with the speed with which our hard-working editors are plowing through the set.
Where are the reviews?

Re: Where are the reviews?
They are old stories, most have been read already...at least the ones of interest to each person's taste/genre. I myself have often used the wayback still for specific stories...
I expect to use the new archive more when it is completed and new stories are posting.
