Numbers I don't understand.

All right. I just came home to find a copy of my test results from my doctor in the mail. I had asked for these months ago, but (of course) they've only just arrived.
They make almost no sense to me.
They are my testosterone measurements.
Apparently based on my multitude of blood tests, they have an average score for me.
Mean Testosterone by ng/dl is 306
However when I look over the results, that one was the highest reading of any of the tests. Most of the values are in the 200 to 240 range, with my lowest being at 180.
When I look up the "normal" testosterone levels online it says that "normal" is anything from 260 to 1080. Does this mean that the highest measurement I got, puts me in the "normal" range?
If I average all my results, I get a number of 232, which is slightly below the "normal". What numbers am I supposed to believe?
I'm sure there is someone who can help me make sense of all this.
On the plus side, I have tested negative for diabetes, cancers, liver disease, and illegal drugs. My blood pressure is rated as "elevated normal" 132/87. I am at risk of developing high blood pressure, but I'm not there yet. For a big fat guy like me, I'll count that as a win.
