Would you care to try to put it in English? I google translated it, but couldn't figure out much.

I think the moderators would disagree. The message is in Polish, and obviously this person is trying to find other Poles to talk to about his interests. Not everything has to be posted in English, and if you want it you should feel free to translate it yourself.
I would think you would understand this concept living in the EU, a zone with a variety of languages spoken.
And the world thinks Americans are rude when it comes to language. Sheesh.

Self-castration i extremly dangerous. Safe is, when it makes a specialist. Better: start from injecting your testicles with pure alcohol (2ccm into each) repeating it every 10 days. After 3 months your testicles are dead and can be removed by urologist, who first check it if they are alive (testosterone level).

This is the best translation I was able to come up with.
I want to surgically castrate myself. For this, I have already prepared the necessary tools for cutting and sewing as well as anesthesia and other medications. I want to know about Calcium supplements and vitamins. When I do this I want to be truly anesthetized. My goal is to find someone from the members of the EA who've castrated themselves. I would be grateful if you would contact me via personal message or email.
My translation may be a bit off, but I think the message is correct enough for communication purposes.

grzegoz55 is asking for "polokalcium hydrochoricum" - for anesthesia, not as supplement or vitamine.
His mail translated into English:
"I want to castrate mysel surgically, I've prepared all indispensible tools for cutting and sewing, and all the medications for anesthesia polokalcium hydrochloricum -this is good anesthetic and long acting, I'd like to know if somebody on EA have castrated themselv,

Unfortunately, his Polish is not very well ...

This makes it a little more clear. Thank-you.
In attempting to translate, I referred to several different sources, and selected the ones that made the most sense to me. It was a best guess, based on what I usually expect to see in this forum.
Hopefully someone can now answer his initial questions.

I suppose, there is a fault in the name of this medication: should be Polocainum hydrochloricum
Synonims: Polocainum hydrochloricum, Novocainum hydrochloricum, Procainum hydrochloricum, Syncainum hydrochloricum, Chlorocainum hydrochloricum, Ethocainum hydrochloricum, Neocainum hydrochloricum, Diaethylaminoaethylum paraaminobenzoicum hydrochloricum ...
