Calcium is a MUST if you go no-T.

It all depends on you. Are you in good shape? Are you already taking any medications? Eunuchs can easily gain weight, you've got to change your diet. You will gain fat around your hips and you will develop some titties. Vitamins are beneficial for different things, I take niacin no flush for high cholesterol, the no fluch is no good and you might as well flush it. I also take fish oil/salmon oil. As was stated calcium to ward off osteoporosis. Lastly, you might want to take something to give you energy, there are several things to choose from. You might have to try several combinations of things to see what works best for you.

You do NOT want the extra iron. Too much iron can be harmful to you. Most women have to replace their iron because they regularly bleed. If you are not bleeding on a regular basis then you should not take women's vitamins on a regular basis since this could build up in your system. A small calcium supplement in addition to your multi-vitamins is probably the better thing to do. But nowhere does any nutritionist disagree that any of your deep grean leafy vegetables contain the most calcium in its digestable form in addition to having essential vitamins and phytoestrogens (which is different than estradiol) whether it be algae or turnip greens or whatever.

+1 what devi said! You definitely don't want to have too much iron. Having too high an iron level causes it to accumulate in many of your vital organs, which can lead to organ failure. Take it from someone who has hereditary iron level problems.

That all sound ok and is a lot less then I thought the only drug I take full time at the moment are lansoprozol (stomach coater) and simvastatin (colestrol) and sometimes co-codamol and voltarol for an elbow injury that causes problems and already has some mild arthritus in it. I am fairly fit but no atherlite and my diet isnt to bad. How much calcium should I go for I read someone was taking 1500mg I did get a bottle of calcium and vitaminD and it states the daily dose as 800mg ? Also what is it with vitamin B12?
If I dont need the T and can still get erect for my wife every now and then I wont bother with it, does viagra work in this instance?
Thanks all

This is what I found elsewhere on this site:
Estrogen – Pros: Estrogen has the benefit of maintaining some libido, although diminished for an adult male. It also maintains bone mass and may prevent osteoporosis. Lower levels cause no or very little feminization of the body. Higher levels can cause moderate increase in breast size and body shape.
I am curious to know if any castrated men here are taking a low dose of estrogen rather than testosterone to maintain health yet keep their libido low and the results. I would imagine that it would be difficult to find a doctor to prescribe it, however.

I take the minimal doseage recommended for menopause. After studying about menopause, I came to realize that I had in fact gone through it myself before getting to twenty years old without understanding what was happening. So now I take Estrin from mail order. This I've done for several years now. And the funny thing about it is, is that even now when I'm at say the check-out line, the checker will probably call me "sir" if anything even though I never have to shave and do have some breast growth, same as her. I hate it but then neither do I bother to dress up or make my face just to go to the grocery store either. I do not want to take any higher doseage of estrogen. However my breast growth came on its own when I was in my teens but it is not real noticeable due to heredity.
