Hi as I new to being a eunuch I have lots of things to think about one for the near future but theres no rush.

Prosthetics no I dont want them.

Empty scroum well I said no but after seeing some photos I think the empty loose skin looks ok. I know it will shrink but by how much, and what does it end up like is it a shriveld prune or tight or what?

Removal well I think this is what I will go for and is what I always planed I like the smooth look and feel that may be having a bit of skin will get in the way and feel very strange.

The only other thing is when should I have it done or how soon can I get it done. I thought it may be hard to get done in the UK but one of the urologists I saw said there was no rush to decide what I wanted to do with the empty scrotum, so although he didnt say what could be done to me it indicated there were opptions and it was down to me. What do people think and what do peope have and I understand fully people may not want to show their bits but any photos of shrinkage with time scale or removal would be a big help.

As with all things related to the body , your mileage may vary. You left out some important details. Did you have large testicles, and therefore a large scrotum? Was it a tight little bundle when it had balls in it ? If you had a small scrotum to start with, it will naturally draw up to try to warm the missing testicles. On all but the warmest of days, it will tend to be tight. If however you had a large low hanging pait , figure that you will end up with a fairly large flat and wrinkly bad hanging under your cock.

Having seen more than a few guys who are castrated, I personally think that the smooth look is way superior. That said, my own scrotum was very small, and yet I am still planning to have what little there is removed this spring.

I have pics posted in the personals section, feel free to look at them, and you will see what a small scrotum looks like 3 years after castration.

Whatever you decide, just remember that once you get it removed , there is no changing your mind, so be really sure that is what you want.

No one responding there said their scrotum shrunk, it sounded more like those with larger scrotums lost elasticity.

As my plastic surgeon told me, skin does not UN-grow, get it cut off and be comfortable.

My advice is to give yourself the time to get to know the new you. What is of interest now may not be of concern later.

I didn't keep them, at last.

I'd want the sack gone and a nice smooth crotch.
