Supplements for the lack of Testosterone

Well, back at it again for the third time!

Having begun my Andro injections again I was thinking of the issues from the previous efforts.

As we all know, there are some difficulties that occur with the loss of T. Aside from the psycological aspects, I'm concerned with the physical. Bone density, energy, etc.

I know B12 can help with the lack of energy but picking your collective minds, what kind of supplements for each concern are there, if you know.

I think this is a good topic to discuss, beyond my selfish motives. I'll apologies now if its already covered somewhere.

Great being with you all again, Joe

I have heard a lot of discussion about DHEA as being helpful for men with low T and I know one eunuch who takes it instead of T with good results

I have also tried DHEA and had positive results. I also take:

Zinc- which enhances testosterone production

Vitamin C- reduces cholesterol and corrects erectile complications due to poor blood circulation

Vitamin E- an antioxident for resolving sexual problems

B Complex- for energy and protein metabolism, hormone function, blood circulation, healthy nerves and stamina.

I have a simple view. What works is what works, and what works for one person may, or may not be, what works for another person; each person may need to find what works for each person, although what works for one person may often work for many other people.

I guess it would be fair to state that I "stumbled around" for decades until I stumbled upon what works for me.

When I was taking Siterone, I had a case of severe anemia and was tired most of the day. I began taking DHEA, which boosted my energy level, but also my T level, which I didn't want, from 71 to 102, so I stopped and switched to a multivitamin, D, B and Calcium. That too increased my energy level but my T level went back down.

I don't recall. I think it was 25mg a day. I bought whatever national brand was on sale when I needed more. DHEA typically comes in 25 and 50mg doses. I'm not knowledgeable about hypoglycemia so I can't comment.
