oestradiol gel is not that expensive any more, at least compared to the tablets. See https://www.inhousepharmacy.biz/p-297-oestrogel.aspx , it is around $0.53 for an effective 1 g dose (every 2.5g of gel delivers 1.5g of oestradiol). Perhaps worth updating the sticky thread?

If you can get to Walmart. Estradiol is only $10 for 90 days supply

huh, haven't seen those; good point if you can get them. Though, relative to spironolactone, estradiol gel is not too expensive.
