Hi all im so happy ive just got back from hospital where my nuts were removed yesturday in some pain with some big scars as in the UK they take them out from the groin/abdo but still I dont care becuse they are now out of my body. In a few months time I will see about my scroum so I can get the smooth look I want. I am going to take T replacment as Istill want to stay male. I will let you all know how I get on.

Congrats, do keep us informed as to how you heal ect. I don't want to sound like a smart alec, but you will be taking T to maintain male like function, not to "stay" male. The fact is you are not a male now, you are a eunuch. No way of ever actually being a male anymore. Again congrats.

From one eunuch to another. Congrats! I'm very happy for you. I hope being a eunuch is everything you want it to be. I know I'm happier in my castrated body than I ever was when it had testicles attached to it.

Congrats! I had mine removed the same way. the bad news, the doc cut thru a nerve, and I am numb on the surface below the incision on the left side in my pubic area down to my scrotum. Doc says its unlikely I will get all the feeling back. Also, 6 weeks post-op, I got a huge hematoma and abscess. Doc went in thru the sack this time, and I now have a scar and a shriveled mess on the left side. Hope to have that addressed soon.

I'm on replacement T, using implants that are put just under the skin, and must be reinstalled every 4-6 months. Holy Moly, they work nice. I am not a raving sex maniac, but everything works as designed. I have my energy back, and none of the effects I had when my T was below 140. The best of both worlds, as loss of libido was not on my wish list. Removing the cancer was.
