I disagree with these practices, which are shown in the picture but until you change the culture is not much I can do myself.

Somebody may be telling you that but in Egypt Islam is the predominate religion with over 90% of the population Muslim (

That is down from 97%. So, sorry, but I do not believe that this correlation is coincidental.
BTW, that IS a female, and that type of FGM is classified by the WHO as Type III b, I believe. (

Female genital mutilation. Calling it circumcision makes it sound less of a violation that t is. I think it's disgusting that this is done to females.
