As contradictory as it may sound are there any Eunuchs on here that are using HRT w Testestorone? How is you sex life, health, body composition etc? I am a new Eunuch and I am currently on T and I am scared that I am gonna lose my strength, muscles and libido. Can anyone help or directly me properly? I have been trying to get information on this for over a year.

I have been on 125mgs per week IM for that time. My T levels have fluctuated but not all that bad until recently. My level for mu age should be around 620 - 640 at least (I am thinking that the low should be around 550) The cycle for IM injections is around 7 days, technically 5 days for the half life but maximum absorption is after 24 hours thus I suppose every 6 days would be optimal.

My last T level as 376 (on the injection day thus that is the low)previously on the low day it was 460 - 570 thus it was fairly low.

Additional T effects are almost immediate in my experience. Thus if you feel low or are low then adding enough to bring you up to the desired level makes a great deal of difference

I have been using HRT testosterone for almost 30 years straight. long before the atrophied testicles were removed. I find that as long as I follow the prescribed dosage that if anything , I gain strength and stamina. Sexually , I can be as active as a teenager if I choose.

For a long time I did shots, which created such highs and lows for me, that as soon as I could get agreement from a doctor, I switched to Androgel. It is a much more level delivery.

To wellesley, You really need to get that doctor to switch you to a gel. The same issues I had with shots you are having. With the daily delivery, you will build up a slightly higher level, and will feel much better.

I cannot get gel. No gel in Japan. Ethanate by injection only really.

30 years wow, that is a good amount of data.

I can harass a drug rep the next time they come around to the clinic I guess.
