Why? I'd like to have something like a burdizzo or better. My wife is scared to do it. I have Nycuta, an opiate and also lidocaine cream. After healing in 6 months or so, We have agreed to have a plastic surgeon remove the scrotum and make smooth and almost scareless. Yes, the penis stays with a wonderful 14k gold 2 gauge seamless PA ring.
I have ED for years, and she takes beta blockers. My free testorone is 1272. It should be 300-400, so the removal of testes will really help us as I won't have that bothersome feeling. We have talked for years and really want to do this before the new year. My double Ph.D psychologist that I've been seeing for 8 years agrees that I'm ready and my marriage would benefit. What do I do since it should not be done by me and she's so scared to do it to me. BTW. I have been taking strong anti-androgen along with good dose of estrogen and promethium for 3 years. So I know I'm ready and we know I'm ready.
Hello everyone. I've been seriously talking to my wife of 22 years and a psych doc.

Hi. If your psych really agrees you should do it, then you can get a letter and there are several physicians that will do it. There is also one doctor in the US currently doing it without a letter, Dr. Arkoff. Several people here have recently been successfully castrated by him.
