How to start a trial?

I've been considering running a short trial of anti androgen with estrogen, for chemical castration with slight feminization, as I think this would be the easiest way for myself to see if it is what I want, but I'm unsure of how I should go about doing this.

And so, I ask: What ways are there to do this in a direct and legal manner?

Depends on which country you live in and how you can obtain the meds. Plus ideally you should get bloodwork done before and during the trial. Also you should in look into potential risks depending on the meds you are using and the fact that the changes can be permanent even after a relatively short period of time.

Ah, I forgot to mention the location. I live in the USA, so advice for there would be what I want.

I think I've read about many of the effects and risks, as well as which can be permanent.

The possible methods I currently know of are ordering from inhousepharmacy or getting a prescription from an doctor/endocrinologist. I'm not sure about the legality of ordering from inhousepharmacy, and I'm not sure about the ways to get a prescription from a doctor. So, hearing more about these would be helpful.
